NOSTALGIE CUVEE

Exclusive, elegant, and intense. La cuvée Nostalgie is an exceptional champagne produced exclusively in grandes années – years of particularly fine harvests. It comes from a selection of the best vines. Only the “Coeurs de cuvee” are kept back, part of which will be vinified in oak barrels. Golden-yellow colour, very fine bubbles. Very rich and complex nose with aromas of honey, grilled almond and hazelnut. In the mouth, full and creamy, with notes of almond and ripe fruit, with a very long finish.
