THE MAGIC OF FLAVOUR FROM BEAUMONT DES CRAYÈRES

At the very beginning of winter, the blending process begins; an essential phase in the quality process at BEAUMONT des CRAYERES. The blending season begins with a series of blind tasting of all the year’s wines, and also the reserve wines, with a view to selecting those wines that will go to make up the various Beaumont des Crayères blends. Next comes the tasting of the blends in the strict sense of the word, which will fix the exact proportions of each cuvée. This is a long and meticulous process, but also enthralling for those involved, for we are actually about to witness the birth of the cuvées of tomorrow !
