The Fleur de Meunier cuvée is made exclusively from the ‘Cœur de cuvée’ at pressing, and is 100% Meunier. After a long ageing period, this cuvée fully expresses the richness of the 2016 vintage with its Brut Nature dosage.
Of the 9 blends created by our Cellar Master, blend no. 9 was selected as it perfectly matches the Beaumont des Crayères style of wine.

A brilliant straw gold colour with fine bubbles.
Expressive nose with floral notes of roses, cinnamon and figs.
Chiselled and delicious on the palate, with notes of gingerbread, brioche, apricots and mirabelle plums underlined by delicate touches of citrus fruit.
The finish is tight and lingering.
